Living in NY all my life I got to have great Puerto Rican food anytime I wanted. Living out here in the Bay for almost 5 years I have yet to find a good PR spot. My favorite spot Sofrito closed down but this place is my new favorite. They have this special homemade spicy dressing that you could put on anything, off the hook.
It's called Sol and it's in a town called San Rafael.
